`Enter/Return` keystroke to rename items in Collections

The ability to rename requests in collections by hitting Enter/Return would be a nice productivity-boosting feature to manage/organize collections, supplementing the current right-click -> Rename approach. The current approach requires moving over to mouse and then back to keyboard, which feels very slow/unnatural. I find myself occasionally trying to hit Enter/Return by habit (VSCode/MacOS tree/list item renaming behavior), and I'm sure I'm not alone in that experience.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There are no alternatives for renaming requests besides the current right-click -> Rename approach.
