Has anyone managed to build the 1.3 for windows? I'm having the same issue.
I started from scratch in Win32 this time and it worked. Seems like the libopenblas.dll.a is win32 only?
Also, just wanted to say that this is really amazing piece of software and thanks for making it publicly available :) There should be a donation option available somewhere.
