What you are using is an event key and not a Hardcoded Encryption Key. Fortify is reporting a false positive. You can safely ignore this issue.

Yes, opening on a private window seems to work for now.

I have this same issue and I think this is not normal. The "slide-down" effect should have been complete, without disappearing on the process.
