Same here, just got the same error converting a basic image classification into ONNX, using ```onnxmltools```.

Just an observation on this thread.... Once you establish the regions that the Assistants API is [available](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/concepts/models#assistants-preview), any existing deployments in those regions may "eat" into the available PAYGO capacity...
