Hi folks, I just stumbled upon this issue and wanted to give this a spin. I'm not to deep into OPA yet, but I managed to create an initial version...

@st3v0rr I think this PR is quite complete. Would you mind considering this for the next release of keycloak-config-cli?

@st3v0rr This could be released as a maintenance release 5.3.2 ... or due to the new profile feature as a 5.4.0 together with #806.
