One customer reported having the same issue while using a Liatris microcontroller, which is also on RP2040. I have no diagnostics on it yet as I'm unable to reproduce it...

That is correct. Since the rev3 has hotswap capabilities, you'll want to add the cutouts yourself. Adding cutouts to all positions by default would make switches on those locations wobbly....
