There are tons of PRs and a lot of issues are unanswered. I think rnnoise is great, but it needs more maintainers and activities to fulfill features implementing these days...

Run ElasticSearch in github actions CI using Plugin

* Github Actions CI가 실행될 때 ElasticSearch 또한 설치되어 테스트할 수 있는 환경 구축

* Github Actions를 활용해 master, deploy에 push, pull request 시 자동으로 test CI 이후에 PyPI에 배포할 수 있는 CI 구축

* ElasticSearch가 실행되어 있는 경로(IP, Port)에 따라 발생할 수 있는 Exception Handling과 Test Code 작성
