Some additional findings [not a bug]

Thanks for the tips, I will try! (Feel free to close this issue btw, as it wasn't really a bug report to begin with.)

QualifiedNameProvider does not provide qualified name for keyword arguments.

I will try to see if I can come up with a patch, but I wanted to gauge first whether this is a bug/omission, or intended behavior.

parse_requirements fails on requirements.txt files with multiple line continuations.
