Add button to the uploaded tab which will scan the upload folder for items that have been added manually and preprocess them.

- Presets for existing models (e.g. autopilot) - Create new settings (detailed settings menu to specify custom resolution and cropping with preview)

- Save mp4 video instead of preview frames

- adjust cropping for data collection - make sure images are correctly flipped
