Update grub configuration for Arch Linux

Based on this wiki [[Multiboot USB drive](https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Multiboot_USB_drive)], Arch has been updated their ISO structure that makes me couldn't boot into archiso, with this update i can boot into archiso again

Serial console support?

hi there, really nice project;) I was just curious if serial console output would/could be supported by default, for headless installations where only serial console is available? Something like https://github.com/eengstrom/multiboot/blob/master/grub/grub-m1000e.conf#L15-L20...

Update Arch Linux config

It looks like the layout of the Arch ISOs have changed slightly since the creation of the Arch config. This will correct it to work with the new ISOs.
