alpine linux support

it would be nice to support alpine linux

Just for reference: It's not possible for GLIM to add a distribution until the upstream project supports it, and Alpine still doesn't seem to support it. I just tried the standard-ish iso-scan/filename= kernel command-line parameter, and it doesn't work.
