SplitView animation broken in CompactInline/Inline right placement

CompactInline and Inline DisplayMode animation should be the same to those of when the pane is set to Left placement. Gif recording of the issue:

Seeing as Image Resizer and Color Picker PowerToys have both had a recent makeover to fit in with the Fluent UI guidelines it'll be nice to go a bit further...

After the first cycle of selecting the next/prev item the animation never runs again for the next cycle.
