@conda-forge/staged-recipes this is ready for review; the win build fails but it's actually okay it's just not responding to me trying to unlink the `pyproject.toml` file

I was advised by @bollwyvl to not add poetry here because of the dev version dependency. @bollwyvl Can you advise here?

For now though, this is noarch so I think win failing is fine, right? @bollwyvl

@conda-forge/staged-recipes @bollwyvl Is this good to go even though win build fails? It is noarch and as per @bollwyvl's recommendation removing pyproject.toml and building without poetry seems to work.

@carterbox I can add a comment. But as for esoteric, this is just exactly what @bollwyvl recommended to add.
