if you set up a symbolic link cockpit will use the proper certificates with no problem sudo ln -s /etc/letsencrypt/live/[your domain]/cert.pem /etc/cockpit/ws-certs.d/cert.crt sudo ln -s /etc/letsencrypt/live/[your domain]/privkey.pem /etc/cockpit/ws-certs.d/cert.key
