Closing because `hypo_testing.py` script with its pseudodata generation for the "fiducial" hypothesis doesn't exist any longer.

Does this refer to some specific line(s) of code?

As far as I can tell from https://github.com/icecube/pisa/blob/a752eaf0f7d75c3d002d3c8ccde4a100ca1bf594/pisa/core/container.py#L194, the issue still persists.
