Ran this program the first couple of times and it work with that VOD. Ran it again an hour later and it can't detect the VOD anymore and it wasn't...

There has been some new twitch vod urls that the program does not recognized.

Reading through this, I can imagine a workaround without changing the app. But this could be more CPU/RAM demanding on your obs resources.
