swagger extensions do not work at the struct field level

Same problem, extension tags don't work entirely

required_if panics with ValidateMap on simple map with a single rule

this is weird... How such a long maintained and popular package has such a bug which hasn't been fixed since 2022? Isn't "required_if" an essential tag?

try changing `ollama.base-url` to `http://127.0.0.1:11434/api` instead of `http://127.0.0.1:11434/v1`. Worked for me. Ollama API doc for reference: https://github.com/ollama/ollama/blob/main/docs/api.md#generate-a-chat-completion
