I use the extension by `quidgest`. If you create a PR I'll verify that it works with that extension too. Thanks again for all the work!

I haven't had a chance to test it yet, I wanted to make sure I didn't break anything before it got merged.

I just verified that my updates work with both the v2 and v3 API.

Should be ready for review @sestinj, I've verified it works with v2 and v3 APIs. Let me know if I need to update anything else.

@sestinj you'll have to set `apiVersion` to `"2"` since you're not on API v3.

Finally got this working. I had to run `./install-dependencies.sh` inside WSL _before_ opening in vscode. 

@sestinj thanks! The one thing I wasn't sure of was where to place the ticket key and summary in the title/description. I like that having both in the title allows...
