Update lock.py for deprecated const STATE_LOCKED

Removes deprecated constant STATE_LOCKED and instead uses the LockState enum as described here: https://developers.home-assistant.io/blog/2024/09/23/state-constants-lock-deprecation/ Resolves Issue #75
