I think Modal already have it :thinking: `vtex-modal__overlay` and `vtex-modal__modal`

@emersonlaurentino I will implement tests for the Modal component

Another change I want to suggest is to `Modal Dialog` and `Modal` be the same component in the future, I don't see a reason to exist both.

Sorry, I didn't understand very well the issue. Currently, in the new Modal we are using the tachyons token `bg-black-70` which controls the opacity and color
