有没有不加倍发包的方案?

因为用的CN2小水管,连接状况好,不需要加倍发包,加倍发包反而让3M的带宽变得更小了,而且还增加了十几ms的延迟,但又需要用UDPspeeder来加密openvpn的连接避免被GFW墙了VPS,有没有只加密不加倍发包的方案啊? 最后,感谢作者的作品哈
