Per @long-eared-owl 's https://long-eared-owl.github.io/httpstatuscodes/ was able to embed raw HTML and style it. Hopefully, this will work for us.

Create a portuguese version and use i18n

Thanks for reaching out! It's been a while since this issue was opened. The new theme is supposed to support i18n. Happy to entertain a translation.
