Redirect to many sites when blocked

So, as title says I would like to have option to redirect for many sites. Maybe the simplest solution for first iteration it may be just change input to text box and redirect randomly. Next way (or combined with first) is to add desired redirect point into blocked list, kind of "Format : URL hhmm-hhmm,hhmm-hhmm -> Redirect_URL So, when u want one kind of distraction u get specific counter-distraction, like wanna watch youtube - watch some udemy course, wanna something short like coub - solve one task on brilliant.
