Do you configure any MCP servers in Xcode copilot? We have some internal users mentioning that this only occurred with MCP server context 7 enabled. Disable MCP works fine.
`Java>Configuration>Maven: User Settings` is contributed by RedHat Java extension, it makes sense to recognize it in vscode-maven.
Could you share the prompt and simple sample project to help reproduce it?

"Your request is too large..." is rate limit related issue, if you consume lots of tokens in a short time, you may encounter this error. the suggestion is to retry...
