Cleaned up some minor grammar and punctuation issues in the documentation I was reading. Made `dell_rbu.rst` easier to read/understand.

Hi, this should fix issue #152 by allowing people to use `docker-compose up --build` to run editgroups locally. I have tested this on Windows via WSL and everything is working....
