These have all been handled in separate PRs; all that remains is to update the soci-snapshotter we import to match the one we install on our images.
Almost all of these changes were handles separately, all that's left is to upgrade `soci-snapshotter` as a go dep. Handling that here: https://github.com/buildbuddy-io/buildbuddy/pull/7465
