i am having the same issue, and i couldnt find any fixes. it loads at first, then crashes and shows a menu that says "runtime error" and i cant do...
i tried closing everything on my pc except steam and rtx portal (i turned steam overlay off when i did) and still had the same issue
i was told my issue seems related to this one, i tried the possible fix happening earlier up but my game still crashes on startup consistently
