On the remote, I've verified that `curl http://localhost:4200` works. Reloading the window doesn't help.
Yes it was automatically forwarded when I pasted the URL into the terminal. Eventually I just shut down vscode completely, and then restarted and the issue was gone.
Yep on excalidraw.com. Same experience here - sometimes it works, sometimes not, and I haven't worked out the exact conditions either.
I don't think any of the PRs were for security alerts.
