Currently, `image_meta` is serialized as a base64 encoded string with custom methods provided by this gem. It would be simpler/better to use the standard rails `serialize` method, which uses YAML....

Python 2 is no longer supported as of Jan 1, 2020. https://github.com/python/devguide/pull/344 If you would like to continue to use kale with python 2, use version 2.2.1 or below.

Use before hook to check job existence instead of overriding #enqueue_to
