MT.1024 is recommendations parsed from Entra directly, so the recommendation can be dismissed in the [Entra portal](https://entra.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/TenantOverview.ReactView/tabId/recommendationsTab) if not applicable.
