Should be able to do fate based diffs, and daily, or weekly reports.

SetHead should check that the new commit is a descendant of the parent. There should be a hard set to override. RefLog should show the difference

Bootstrapping would be much faster if we could avoid using the web interface. Locking may be a problem

For querying package details

Some operations (adding handlers) are concurrency safe. Messages are copied by handlers. Should document what is safe when and make sure the lifecycle is clearly defined.

Need a reponsereader type test harness, and flesh out test in the code.
