It is still a bug with termbox, however does not happen with Tcell and Wde frontends

WDE is too slow at high resolution and only allows flushing whole screen

I've optimized rendering but main issue is that wde darwin impl does not respect flushing screen areas and always flush the whole screen ... not much I can do unless...
