@bsbirdi What are you expecting your PDF thumbnails to be rendered by? Do you still have PowerToys installed, and does it still have PDF thumbnails enabled in "File Explorer add-ons"...

Are you two on Windows 10 or 11? Could one of you provide a simple SVG file where this is happening? Do you have the problem, for example, with this...
