SVG looks black. Some appear on a white background and some appear on a black background.

I'm working on a black resource, but I can't see it. It has nothing to do with Windows Dark Mode.

The color also appears black.

Are you two on Windows 10 or 11? Could one of you provide a simple SVG file where this is happening? Do you have the problem, for example, with this SVG: 3d-select-solid

Tested this out with the same file you attached, and yes it's also black. However, at some icon sizes, the thumbnail does render properly.

Small Icon Sizes, all black.

Larger Icon Sizes, and it renders.
