Adding `bun-types` causes typescript to ignore `lib: ['dom']`

Just came here after going down the rabbit hole a bit after finding [this bit](https://bun.sh/docs/runtime/typescript#add-dom-types) of the docs. @kocisov's fix of installing `@types/web` worked great. I much prefer this solution...
