error when running 4.2.2 win version

sw version: gpuPlotGenerator-win64-4.2.2.zip when starting to run, it prompts: application error, can not run: 0xc000007b. OS: WIN10 professional station 64bits

when building , curses.h not found

when building blagominer project, it says " can not find curses.h" , how to fix it? tools: visual studio 2017
