These changes are made looking at OpenBSD errno.h include file.

Added buffers configuration #1.

Added the following keys/variables in .conf file: ReadBufferLength WriteBufferFlushLength WriteBufferMaximumLength WriteBufferServerLinkLength under [LIMITS].
