There should be an update to Grafana 10.4 after september 14, 2024, that will resolve the Duplicate alert issue. This update is only available for Amazon Managed Grafana version 10.4...
Thanks, it seems the issue is fixed. But faced a weird issue. i uninstalled previous one. then installed again. Got error in Gnome extension page. though the extension was downloaded....
Clear the cache mentioned by @sounddrill31 . Things should work.
