Holding down the space button should make a big jump, but a quick tap on the space button should make a smaller jump.

Last character missing in auto-suggest in ST4

In CoffeeScript classes, when accessing class members with the `@` shorthand, the suggestion is missing the last character. If I recall correctly, this was working properly in ST3. 

Host mode should have a button for switching to notes view

Notes view is opened by pressing the S key on the keyboard. On a mobile device or tablet, one could theoretically use the virtual keyboard, but on my android phone...

As a user, I would like to use the notes view on my phone while reading the presentation. The notes view layout is currently not optimized for mobile devices.

The highlighting for table-layout css property seems to be undefined.
