@alexn-tinwell, we investigated and were able to identify [this change](https://github.com/launchdarkly/dotnet-sdk-common/compare/2.11.1...2.11.2#diff-20d10aa7ebf2e6f0f463e3026fe19f596e8f698578c49c50762833ae81e8e0bfR278) as having changed the code from using `Task.Run` to using `Task.Factory.StartNew`. Documentation [here](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/orleans/grains/external-tasks-and-grains) seems to indicate we should use `Task.Run`....
