I faced the same problem. In the network log, the hidden api "https://api.twitch.tv/v5/videos/{video_id}/comments" is gone and seems to have migrated to GraphQL.
I have completely migrated to TwitchDownloader for my application. I formatted the comment file as shown in the code below because the comment file saving format is different between Twitch-Chat-Downloader...
