Chromium の ime/win 関連ログとしては [88から89](https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/88.0.4324.98..89.0.4389.75/ui/base/ime/win) に reset なんちゃらとか、insert なんちゃらというのが多くて気になりますが、 [87から88](https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/87.0.4280.65..88.0.4324.98/ui/base/ime/win) はほぼ無視できそうですね。 再現条件が確定できれば原因も絞りこめそうなのですが、なかなか再現できず、もどかしいです。
