Adding new node failed

Hello. I have successfully installed and uploaded my videos to SLEAP. However, it gives me an error message when I tried to add a new node to create the skeleton. How do I fix this?

How did you install SLEAP?

I don't see any videos there. What happens when you add a video?

I have added all my videos in the video section. But it's not showing up when I click "show video".
