It is `/admin/` with a trailing slash.

If you try it without a reverse proxy are you able to reproduce the issue? When I attempted to reproduce, I tested Gitea both locally and behind a reverse proxy.

This is definitely something that I want to explore down the line. I don't think gravatar should be too hard to implement, but what would block this is the idea...

Closing this as Headscale supports pictures via OIDC and I'll probably stick with this behavior for now.

I'd be fine with this change assuming it will be in 0.27 or a new major release. Since this will create breaking changes for the API I would also like...
