If you try to intialize a Tagger object with an output format that doesn't exist (like `-Oasdf`) then initialization will fail. On the command line this prints a reasonable error...
Identified by modern gcc. Issued on invocations of `strncpy` that could result in C-strings which are not null-terminated. Fixed by copying fewer chars.
Hi, Thanks for your amazing work on mecab. Ruby2.7 was recently released in December 2019. mecab doesn't yet have that support for 2.7 and it fails to build against Ruby2.7....
