Looks need to [Line#erase](https://github.com/takahi-i/redpen/blob/d7c29b05f9714030d1a33edaa5d8581ca57ab296/redpen-core/src/main/java/cc/redpen/parser/common/Line.java#L72) returns ranges of erased positions

As the first step I will refactor and add tests Line, LineParser, and Model classes.

TODO: refactoring Line#eraseEnclosure
