yea most ai use cuda cores wich is the programmable hardware part of nvidia graphic cards. making them really useful for ai and rendering. i think the cpu thing is...

what graphic card are you using? since it need a 10 series nvidia gpu at least? and yea i think most ai api it is using are working on win10...
