Solving karma errors

Hi @vesparny , i had updated karma version dependency in package.json solving some build errors. I have also replaced pure-css for materializeCSS and updated angularjs version to 1.6.9.

I created a new prop that changes the formatting of the calendar header leaving in the format monthName, year. I believe this helps to close issue # 64
