出力ファイルのエンコーディングをUTF-16にする。

#13 からの派生です。 UTF-8からUTF-16に手動で変換する際の手順等ありましたら書いて下さい。 - 使っているアプリケーション - 変換時に渡しているオプション - 変換後にエディタ等を使って手直している様なら、その作業概要 入力ファイルがShift_JISの時は、出力ファイルもShift_JISのままで良いでしょうか？ InDesignに渡すファイルの先頭行によって文字コードを判別していると思われるので、 全てをUTF-16にする必要は無い様に見受けられますが如何でしょうか？
