ok after some more googeling I found out there are fake ones and the chip is not really an STM32F104C8 as marked on the chip but a chinese CS32F103C8T6 ....

is there any fix for this yet? I get the "Unknown Device (Code 43)" Error. Tried multiple things that google suggested. Tried reflashing a few times, 2 different computers. Still...
